soulship This release is great too! I am definitely noticing a lot more sample work especially near the beginning of some of the tracks. It takes a special ear to match a contemporary beat with these old school emcees, and Jippy was definitely up to the task when creating this REMIXES album. Other head-nodding tracks include GOONS IN YA DRIVEWAY, THA 41ST SIDE, and ITS JUST A CRAZY GAME. It's always fun to go back in the Jippy catalog and find previous tracks where beats I recognize were used! Favorite track: SHHH, IMMA TELL YOU A SECRET.
